In 1940 ALİ GUNEY had started his business life with GUNEYLER Gıda and laid the foundations of present time.  He did not content with those days conditions and started grain products commerce in 1970 for achieving the power of GÜNEYLER UN - YEM VE HAYVANCILIK SAN. TİC. A.Ş and always thinking future he bought total 24000 m2 land of which consists of 10000 2 indoor and 14000 m2 outdoor area and laid the foundation for factory construction. In 1992 all equipments were completed and started production with 120 ton capacity. GUNEYLER UN had supported with high technology and new machinery and reached a capacity of daily 150 tons and recently it had increased its capacity to daily 250 tons parallel with increasing population and consumption.


At the same time GÜNEYLER UN - YEM VE HAYVANCILIK SAN. TİC. A.Ş never compromise  from quality by its 18.000 ton raw material and 800 ton flour silos and always follow to do better policy so it had a certain career in flour sector by services it had realized, had a continuously increasing trend in its field.

Quality is traced from purchasing the raw material to shipment of product in our quality control laboratories for assuring quality. We continue to have better quality for flours for baklava, kadayıf, pie, pastry, bread, phyllo, ugra which we produced in hi equipped R&D laboratories and R&D works and which were appreciated. 

RAW MATERIAL PURCHASE AND ANALYSIS
Wheat which arrive to our factory are subjected to quality control with respect to their kind, protein quality, and hardness before processed, after they are analyzed regarded with wet gluten, index, hectoliter sedimentation and moist then they are classified in wheat silos according to product to be used and then they are pass through washing, annealing and rest stages and become ready to be broken.

PRODUCTION
This journey which starts from land leaves from field seeding, sowing and harvesting. Wheat which arrive to our storages are firstly subjected to physically analysis of moist, grain, foreign substances and hectoliter and probable damages which may occur such ad sunn pest, rust, smut are determined. Weevil, moulding, escalation and bad odor and similar criteria are examined and samples which have adequate physical properties are sent to mill. Samples which are grinded and become flour are subjected to gluten index and sedimentation tests for determining protein and quality amount and subjected to falling number test for enzyme activity production. Implementation starts after this analysis for having production with desired quality. Which kind of wheat will be used according to product type, whether there is need of addition or enzyme support, which efficiency flour will be drawn , amount of water, kneading and fermentation duration and conditions are determined for wheat which are ready for production.  Determined wheat are grinded in mills flour and bran are separated via sieves, farinas are sorted via purifiers and directed to sieves and rolls for proper transfer to grinding diagrams and they are stored in wheat, farina and flour silos untouched by man. They are packaged into desired kilo and bags by automated machines.
